Standing Body Health focuses on physical and mental well-being through natural, non-pharmaceutical practices. The body has the ability to heal itself and Satydassa encourages this through Qi Gong, meditation and nutrition.
The standing body logo is designedto communicate balance, health and strength gained through a connection between the body and the outside world.
The logo mark comes from the practice of qigong (pr. chi gung ). Energy is harnessed within the body, channelled through our connection to the earth and grounded through the legs.
